Planning Letter

€500⁰⁰deposit

This deposit will be offset against the membership fee and is payable when a planning letter is requested.
Upon request a refund of the deposit will be made if planning is not received

New Membership

€1,500⁰⁰Plus Connection Fee

The Connection fees are in addition to the membership fee. Upon request we will ask the contractor for a quote as the labour required is site specific and is dependant on the costs involved in bring the water to the site.
Connection fee includes the cost of the road opening license and contractor charges
Membership is subject to rules and regulation that can be updated.

Domestic Connection

€0⁶⁵per cubic meter

Membership is a prerequisit before water can be supplied.
Allowed an annual free allowance of 160 cubic meters which works out at €104.00 per domestic connection
Retension of membership is dependent on continued payment and adhearance to the schemes terms and conditions

Additional / Land Connection

€0⁶⁵per cubic meter Plus Connection Fee

Membership is a prerequisit before water can be supplied.
Free water allowance is for a domestic membership so an additional connection will not increase the free water allowance
Retension of membership is dependent on continued payment and adhearance to the schemes terms and conditions

Covid-19 has almost completely disappeared from the media however we need to be aware that it is not gone. Life has reverted back to the pre-Covid days for the most part but there are still some observances we need to follow. I ask you be respectful when dealing with the scheme workers / sub contractors when conducting face to face meetings as we need to be mindful of their health and safety.
